Chando lives in New York City. Chando went to Manhattan College and became an actor in the past. Chando played the character of Maddie Coleman in the TV soap opera As The World Changes between 2005 and 2007 and for a few months from late 2009 onwards, she reprised the role. The first time she appeared on stage was the TV program House Blend in which she played Jenna Harper. In the following three seasons, she starred on the American soap opera for television which was telecast at CBS, As the World Turns as Maddie Coleman. In 2009, Chando got a role in the American documentary television series True life and further appeared in the TV series, Sherri. Chando starred in two episodes on the American comedy drama Glory Daze. Also, she has credits on Castle, Hindsight Dead People as well as Outcast.
