Berenice Marlohe
Berenice Lim Marlohe, a French actor. She is mostly known for her role as the an anti-heroine Bond woman Severine in the twenty-third James Bond film Skyfall. Her television credits include Pere et Maire Femmes de loi, and Equipe medicale d'urgence. Even though she's not included in the credits, she's played in the movie Un joy n'arrive never alone with Sophie Marceau. She is also an ambassador for Omega Watches. Berenice was born in French Chinese descent and Cambodian origin, was born on May 19th, 1979. She was born in Paris France. Her dad is Chinese as is her mother French. Her parents are a family of middle class with both a Chinese-Cambodian background. Her father is a doctor while her mother was the head of the school. As a child in Paris she fell in love with the arts, and spent much of her youth playing the piano and drawing photos. The passion for music and art took over her life and influenced her work and aspirations. Jack Waltzer's workshops were the spark that ignited her career. The acting became her love. Then, she studied for ten years at the Paris Conservatory. Following her departure from the Conservatory, she started auditioning for film roles and quickly was offered her first part in The Discordance in 2007. At the beginning of her career, she experienced problems securing roles to make her more attractive. The presence of the character in films proved to be influential. She was unprepared and ended up being disapproved of by the major film production companies and film agents that she contacted.
